Clearer websites for people whose work depends on trust.

I design and redesign websites for independent professionals and local small businesses, with a focus on clarity, structure, and making the work feel as credible online as it is in real life.

Next step

A good website does not need to shout.

It needs to make the right things obvious: what you do, who it is for, why it matters, and how someone can take the next step.

Understand quickly

Visitors should not have to decode your site. The first screen should make the business clear.

Feel credible

Design is not decoration. It shapes whether the visitor feels calm, confident, and willing to keep reading.

Know what to do next

The best websites reduce hesitation. They make the next step easy without pushing too hard.

Process notes

What I look for before changing the design.

Before adding polish, I look for the places where the site is making the visitor work too hard. The design follows the diagnosis.

  • What is confusing on the first screen?
  • What can be made shorter, calmer, or more direct?
  • Where does the visitor need more evidence before reaching out?
  • Which sections only exist because a template expected them?
  • What should be easier to find on mobile?

01

Find the friction

Most small websites do not need more content. They need a better order and fewer places for visitors to hesitate.

02

Make the first screen clear

A visitor should quickly understand where they are, what the work is, and whether it is meant for them.

03

Design the pacing

A page needs quiet moments, emphasis, and rhythm. That mattered in visual effects, and it matters online.

Ways I can help

New sites, thoughtful redesigns, and clearer pages.

I work on websites that need to feel more understandable, more considered, and easier to share.

Redesign an existing site

For sites that are close, but dated, unclear, hard to share, or no longer aligned with the work.

Build a new site

For independent professionals and local businesses that need a credible place to send people.

Clarify the message

For businesses that know what they do, but struggle to explain it simply online.

Improve the contact path

For sites where visitors can read, but do not know what to do next.

Quote, booking, or intake flows for service businesses

For service businesses where the website needs to collect the right details, photos, or booking context before the first conversation.

Prepare for launch

For people who need the structure, writing, design, and basic setup ready to share.

Pricing

No upfront build fee for most small sites.

I usually roll the design, build, hosting, updates, and support into one monthly plan instead of charging a large upfront build fee.

The monthly price depends on the size and complexity of the site. I'll make that clear before we start.

More custom projects are quoted separately.
